How it works
Teach your assistant your business
Add what you sell, your prices and the lowest price you accept, and the facts buyers ask about. Then choose your assistant’s name. Replies come only from what you teach: never a number or a certification you have not given.
A buyer writes
On WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or e-mail. Your assistant reads the message and writes a reply for you to look at.
You send it
Read the reply, change what you want, and press Send. If a fact was wrong, correct it once and later replies use the correction.
What stays yours
Your prices
Quotes come only from your price rules and never go below your floor. A discount beyond the line you set comes to you first.
What goes out alone
At first, every reply waits for you. You can let greetings and questions go out on their own while anything with a price waits, or let quotes go too. No order is confirmed without you.
Taking it back
One choice puts every reply back in front of you, and stopping sends nothing further. Your buyers, conversations and everything you taught stay, and you can take a copy as spreadsheet files.
When your assistant replies without you, the first message tells the buyer they are not talking to a person, and offers them someone from your team.
